The Vulpius Clinic is a specialized hospital for orthopedics and trauma surgery with 117 beds and a teaching hospital of the University of Heidelberg. Our services include all areas of modern orthopedics with a focus on endoprosthetics, arthroscopic surgery, shoulder and elbow surgery, foot and ankle surgery, hand surgery, and pediatric orthopedics. We also offer a wide range of conservative treatments for acute and chronic pain syndromes with underlying orthopedic conditions.

FINANCIAL ACCOUNTANT (m/f/d)

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

Review, categorize, and record accounts payable and accounts receivable invoices
Book and process bank transactions
Create outgoing invoices
Maintain, monitor, and reconcile open items
Book and manage hospitalspecific fixed assets
Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
Monitor incoming payments and manage dunning process
