Digital Marketing Manager - Performance Marketing (m/w/d)

As part of our Performance Marketing Team, you will lead new students to the platform and maximize the value of existing users. This plays a crucial role in our growth strategy. You will work daily with all major advertising platforms, have the opportunity to use five-digit daily budgets for testing and learning, and have the freedom to contribute your ideas and thoughts.

Your tasks:

Develop and implement performance campaigns across all online marketing channels (Instagram, Tiktok, Youtube, Google)
Monitor the customer journey from social media view to registration on our online platform and provide targeted improvement suggestions for a higher conversion rate
Work on continuous optimization of your campaigns by identifying potential opportunities and sharing them with the team (e.g. Do videos currently work better than still images?)
Directly communicate with our Facebook and Google account managers to constantly test the latest beta products
