Commercial Clerk for Order Processing (m/f/d)

TRIMA Triebeser Maschinenbau GmbH specializes in the production of bakery machines and offers a comprehensive range of products for all application areas.

From our location in Triebes, we supply customers from the industry and trade worldwide. We are a traditional company that uses its expertise and innovative power to develop and successfully market high-quality machines.

For our sales department, we are looking for an experienced commercial clerk (m/f/d) for order processing.

As an employee in the sales department, you will be responsible for the administration and communication with our customers, as well as the organization of order processing.

You will be responsible for the system-supported order management and act as a link between commercial order processing and service delivery.

Areas of responsibility:

Commercial processing in the sales departmentObtaining quotes and cost estimatesPlanning of material procurement in accordance with company requirementsPlacing orders and tracking deadlines, as well as handling complaintsNegotiating contractual conditions such as deadlines, costs, quantities, and delivery termsSupplier selection, qualification, and evaluation

Our requirements:

Successfully completed training in a commercial profession (or a comparable qualification or relevant work experience)
Professional experience in a similar position and specific expertise in the tasks desiredExperience in export and customs processingUnderstanding of technical and economic processesExcellent PC skills in MS Office and ERP systemsCommunication and teamwork skills, independent, reliable,
