We are offering a position as a group leader in our residential group Ahorn at Cherryvale.

The Camphill Schulgemeinschaften association is the sponsor of a private special education and counseling center with boarding facilities at three locations, as well as other initiatives and facilities for people with and without assistance needs. The foundation of our work is the anthroposophical view of human beings and Waldorf education.

Your responsibilities

Comprehensive responsibility for a gender- and age-mixed group of currently 8 children and adolescents with different needs
Participation in concept development
Accompaniment, care, and support of children and adolescents in the boarding facilities
Close collaboration with the school, therapy, medical, and household departments
Active leisure activities and promotion of academic skills and independence in daily life
Maintaining a trusting relationship with parents

Your profile

You have completed training in social work (special education, social or special education, pedagogy, youth and residential care, health and nursing care, elderly care) or a comparable qualification
You are a team player
You are resilient and flexible
