Your tasks

  • Troubleshooting in the 1st & 2nd level area
  • Analysis and resolution of user inquiries
  • Installation, replacement and troubleshooting of end devices

Your profile

  • Completed education in the IT field
  • Customer and service-oriented communication skills as well as team competence
  • Analysis and problem-solving skills
  • Sound knowledge in the area of client operating systems
  • Basic network knowledge
  • Independent work, responsibility, reliability
  • Class B driver's license
  • Desire for innovation and willingness to learn
