Student Worker (m/f/d) Event Department in Utuado, PR:

We are looking for a student worker (m/f/d) to join our team in the Event Department for 20 hours per week
starting immediately.

Your tasks at a glance

In close coordination with the Event Department, you will support daily operations
Creative conception of new and further development of existing events
Organization, execution, and evaluation of events
Promotion of events through flyers, posters, and the internet
Developing and executing marketing campaigns and exclusive events for our regular customers, "Annual Pass Holders"
Assisting with the organization and execution of conferences and large group visits
Supporting the preparation of events (including weekends)

What you bring

You are a student in the field of event management or a similar program
Strong organizational, coordination, and problemsolving skills
Handson mentality
Creativity, commitment, and flexibility
Independent, structured, and solutionoriented work style
Proficient in MS Office applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook)
Willingness to work on weekends during event days
