Tax and Group Account Specialist (m/f/d)

Together, we ensure transparency in company success and increase controllability
We create business plans and ideas for our strategic measures
We create what doesn't exist yet
With clear reporting, we keep our stakeholders uptodate
As things are constantly moving, we establish uniform structures and processes for clear rules
We integrate new companies in M&A processes
Coaching and support for our operational subsidiaries in tax matters
Interface and liaison with our external tax advisors
Legal structuring of the group and accompanying mergers, spinoffs, etc.
Support during the annual financial statement process
Contact person for the accounting team regarding tax and accounting standards
Support colleagues in monthly and quarterly closings
Definition of standards, such as reporting guidelines, group policies, chart of accounts, etc.
Support in terms of tax and commercial law issues when implementing ERP systems throughout the group
