Our experienced service team is looking for you as a SENIOR

JUNIOR SERVICE MANAGER (M/F/D).

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES IN CLOSE COOPERATION WITH OUR CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER:

Technical support for service technicians via telephone or personal visits on site
Creation of service information
Processing of dealer warranty claims
Conducting regular technician trainings
Interface to the technical department at the factory in Italy
Interface to the spare parts department in Belgium
Travel activities within Germany and abroad.
