We are looking for you to join the OMR Sales & Partnerships Team. Our portfolio includes the most exciting national and international partners in the digital and branding industry. We not only support our partner companies with spectacular activations at the OMR Festival, but also design and create the best possible experience for them throughout the entire OMR cosmos based on their individual goals. This includes our OMR Festival, over 100 podcast formats, a job board, the software review platform OMR Reviews, and our extensive OMR Education products, among others - see

Here's where you can let loose:

  • You support the holistic project management of partnerships & sponsorships with a focus on podcasts - from the first client meeting, needs analysis and proposal creation to implementation and billing
  • You create potential lists, research current market trends, and prepare them for the team
  • You work together with the team to develop creative campaign approaches and put together the optimal podcast portfolio for our partners
  • You accompany the sales team to appointments and take care of pre- and post-meeting tasks
  • Together, we prepare events for our year-round partners - you always keep an overview, support in invitation management, and act as a contact person on site
  • You enter the deals and content of each partnership into our tools (PipeDrive, Google Sheets, etc.)
