Service Staff (Human)

Your responsibilities include:

Assisting with the preparation, plating, and serving of hot and/or cold dishes
Providing classic conference, event, and hospitality services, as well as breakfast and lunch services if needed, also evening events
Actively supporting dishwashing and cleaning tasks, always keeping HACCP guidelines in mind
Operating our cash register system and handling customer payments
Taking care of coffee machines and maintaining coffee kitchens, as well as preparing and cleaning meeting and event rooms
Proactively recommending our promotions and offering additional products

Your qualifications:

Ideally, you have completed a vocational training in the gastronomy or hotel industry and have some experience in a similar position
Digital cash register systems do not intimidate you
You have a high customer, service, and quality orientation
You work reliably and thoroughly, are a team player, and physically resilient
You have a positive attitude and enjoy communicating with guests
