Babbel Live offers live online language classes that provide face-to-face interaction and speaking practice for Babbel learners.

As the leading app-based language learning platform since 2007, Babbel offers courses in 14 languages that can be accessed through their website or mobile app.


Requirements:


  • Fluent in your teaching language: You must have a strong command of the language you wish to teach. If Italian is not your native language, you must have an official C2 CEFR certificate. You should also have good communication skills in English to work with the Teacher Relations Team.
  • Teaching certificate: You must hold a DITALS teaching certificate from a recognized educational institution. A degree in a languagerelated field is a plus.
  • Teaching experience: Previous experience teaching a second language is required. Experience teaching online groups is a bonus.
  • Technical equipment: You must have a highspeed internet connection, a headset with a microphone, and a laptop or desktop with a camera.
  • Technical skills: Familiarity with is necessary. You should enjoy learning about new features and incorporating them into your virtual classroom.
  • Adaptability: You should be able to handle unexpected technical issues and challenging teaching situations with confidence and professionalism.
  • Communication and connectivity: You should be able to engage and motivate students in a virtual setting. You should also be dynamic and able to combine excellent teaching skills with a friendly and open attitude
