NEED TO HAVE EXPERIENCE IN AMAZON SELLER ACCOUNT.

We are seeking an experienced E-commerce Specialist to join our team.

As an E-commerce Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our online sales channels and driving revenue growth.

This is a dynamic role that requires a strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, digital marketing strategies, and customer engagement.

Duties:

Manage and optimize our ecommerce platforms, including website, online marketplaces, and social media channels
Develop and implement effective digital marketing strategies to drive traffic and increase online sales
Monitor and analyze website performance, sales metrics, and customer behavior to identify opportunities for improvement
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor analysis, and customer preferences
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure product availability, pricing accuracy, and timely order fulfillment
Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction
Utilize CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) to track customer interactions, manage leads, and generate reports
Stay uptodate with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in ecommerce

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field
Proven experience in ecommerce account management or technology sales
Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close sales deals
Solid understanding of online sales strategies and digital marketing techniques
Proficiency in Spanish is a plus
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build strong relationships
Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) is preferred
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make datadriven decisions
