Your responsibilities:

  • Development of high-quality clean code in cross-functional, agile teams
  • Consulting our clients on suitable process models, effort estimations, and software architectures
  • Analysis of customer requirements and design and implementation of tailored software solutions
  • Ensuring software quality through unit and integration tests, pair programming, and architecture and code reviews
  • Utilizing modern, automated, and AI-supported tools for code optimization and error detection

What you bring:

  • Experience in Java (Kotlin is a plus), Spring Boot, and a modern frontend framework (e.g. React, Angular)
  • A good understanding of relational and NoSQL databases
  • A good understanding of message queues and event streaming platforms such as Apache Kafka
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • High intrinsic motivation for continuous technical development
