We are currently seeking a highly talented and motivated individual to join our team.

**Product Manager
- **CTRM Support

Location- Salisbury, MD
**Rate
- $90/hr**
End date- Long term
- until end of the year most likely

Ideally LOCAL to Salisbury, MD OR Willing to travel 4 days a week to Salisbury, MD - Travel Cost will be covered.
Scope of Agtech support
Functional support - how to questions
Troubleshooting of system issues
Coordination with users, ION and other areas of IT to test and execute database scripts
Process and configuration support for new or updated business processes
Crystal report fixes and projects
Might be able to help with interim state during the phased project
Conform to the current support processes but also improve them to match the future state support for DycoTrade
Primary support needs are 7:00 am - 5:00 pm Eastern

Required skills
Excellent verbal and written communication
Friendly and outgoing demeanor. They will need to engage with users or they will continue going to their old support people.
Agtech knowledge preferred. CTRM knowledge could be substituted.
Strong SQL knowledge
On-site in Salisbury (at least for several months)

**Pay Range: $85 - $90/hr
