Product Manager - Agtech OR CTRM Support


Location:
Salisbury, MD

Job Summary:


  • Functional support how to questions
  • Troubleshooting of system issues
  • Coordination with users, ION and other areas of IT to test and execute database scripts
  • Process and configuration support for new or updated business processes
  • Crystal report fixes and projects
  • Might be able to help with interim state during the phased project
  • Conform to the current support processes but also improve them to match the future state support for DycoTrade
  • Primary support needs are 7:00 am 5:00 pm Eastern

Required skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Friendly and outgoing demeanor. They will need to engage with users or they will continue going to their old support people.
  • Agtech knowledge preferred. CTRM knowledge could be substituted.
  • Strong SQL knowledge
  • Onsite in Salisbury (at least for several months)
