Description of the job:

The job of the house craftsman/woman includes:

Provision of various (specialized) sports facilities for elite and junior competitive sports as well as accommodation for the Elite School of Sports
Coordination of external companies/service providers and monitoring of executed manual work, repair work, and daily maintenance cleaning
Operation of heating, hot water, and air conditioning systems (energy and water consumption)
Conducting inspection rounds
Elimination of hazards or damages to the building, facilities, and equipment
Performing repairs, maintenance, cleaning, and maintenance work including outdoor facilities
Snow removal
