We work as a team on-site with the client, together from one of our offices, or remotely in virtual project rooms.

As a consultant at d-fine, you have the freedom to choose between the "Blue", "Orange", and "Orange Flex" work models: The "Blue" model offers remote or on-site project assignments with clients throughout Europe, while also allowing for flexible choice of residence within Germany.

"Orange" focuses on a regional approach and guarantees remote or on-site project assignments at your office location.

"Orange Flex" combines both models in the form of a fixed office location with limited travel of a maximum of 8 overnight stays per month.
