Position Overview:
Embark on a career as a Third-Party Delivery Analyst, where you will be instrumental in optimizing external partnerships and enhancing delivery processes.
This role is tailored for those who excel in analytics, enjoy problem-solving, and thrive in dynamic business environments in the capacity of a data analyst or financial analyst.
Areas of Contribution:
- Analyze and optimize invoice reconciliation and collections processes with thirdparty delivery partners such as Uber Eats and DoorDash.
- Work closely with the Operations team to ensure compliance and maintain high operational standards across all locations.
- Use performance metrics from thirdparty aggregators to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Engage in strategic discussions with partners to drive growth based on analytical insights.
- Develop and maintain robust reporting systems for invoicing and transactions to ensure financial transparency and accountability.
- Identify data trends and develop strategies for business development beyond conventional methods.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.
- 12 years of demonstrated experience in finance or financial analysis, with an interest in participating in the costbenefit analysis of new business ventures.
- Strong analytical skills with the capability to interpret large data sets and translate them into actionable insights.
- Proficient in data analysis tools and software, with meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, able to cultivate and manage productive relationships both internally and externally.
