LOCATION: Gladbeck (near Duisburg) + 2 days home office

REPORTS TO: CEO Germany and Group CFO

You are the backbone of the finance department, ensuring that everything runs smoothly. From reporting to the managing director and the group in Italy to fulfilling all bureaucratic duties, you keep an overview. But not only that: you are also the mentor and motivator of your team (2 accountants and 1 clerk), supporting them to give their best.

-- RESPONSIBILITIES --

  • Manage the finance department, including the finance assistant and direct reports, monitoring daily processes.
  • Plan, organize, and manage workload to ensure timely and accurate monthly financial reporting.
  • Prepare and submit monthly cash flows, aging reports, and financial reports to head offices.
