To strengthen our team in our IT department at Lakes of the Four Seasons, we are currently looking for you as an IT specialist (m/f/d).

Your tasks:
  • You independently gather and analyze requirements on a technical, conceptual, and organizational level to further develop our IT solutions.
  • You are responsible for implementing IT-specific regulatory requirements from the business departments or the energy industry.
  • As a specialist, you support the business departments in analyzing and implementing their business requirements.
  • You create forward-thinking concepts for digitization and automation of tasks in the business departments.
  • With your skills and competencies, you bridge the gap between business and IT to support the business capabilities through IT.
  • Together with your colleagues, you maintain individual IT systems and platforms (service, technical, and functional).

Your profile:
  • You have completed training as an IT specialist or a bachelor's degree in business, business informatics, computer science, or a comparable qualification.
  • Your strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as your understanding of the bigger picture and long-term impacts, set you apart.
  • Knowledge of the energy industry and a high awareness of quality, security, and data governance are desirable.
  • You have organizational talent, quickly recognize structures, and have a high level of comprehension.
