Do you have experience in trademark law and are looking for a new challenge? As a trademark officer (m/f/d), you have the opportunity to support our team and contribute your expertise.

What can you expect?

You support our patent attorneys in all areas of national and international trademark law
You participate in national and international trademark application, opposition, and cancellation proceedings
You are involved in national and international trademark disputes
You communicate with our clients and with our correspondent attorneys in Germany and abroad
You are responsible for deadline monitoring and for maintaining and optimizing office organization in your area of responsibility

What should you bring?

You have completed training as a patent or legal assistant (m/f/d)
Additional training as a trademark officer is desirable
You are reliable and enjoy taking on responsibility
You have strong organizational skills and work independently and carefully
Excellent German and English skills are essential
