To strengthen our team in Chemnitz, we are currently seeking a
Drywall Trainer (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible.


Your responsibilities:


  • You will be responsible for training and mentoring apprentices at our locations
  • Communication with the relevant trade association and vocational schools
  • Planning and conducting trial days and internships
  • Teaching the training content according to the training framework plan while adhering to the Vocational Training Act, Youth Employment Protection Act, etc.
  • Planning and conducting apprentice meetings
  • You will be the first point of contact for apprentices and managers regarding training at Heinrich Schmid

Your qualifications:


  • You have completed further training as an Acoustics and Drywall Master (m/f/d) or Technician (m/f/d) and/or have several years of professional experience
  • A certificate of aptitude for training (AEVO) would be advantageous
