Team Leader (m/f/d) in Operational Logistics for our location in Strullendorf, Farwell, MI
We are currently seeking a Team Leader (m/f/d) to join our team at our Strullendorf location in Farwell, MI.

In this role, you will be responsible for the planning and management of the daily operations in your area, after an intensive training period where you will become familiar with all aspects of our modern logistics processes.

You will not only monitor KPIs and budget targets, but also be responsible for the professional and disciplinary leadership of your team, continuously developing your employees as a coach.


Your responsibilities include:

  • Leading, motivating, supporting, and developing team members
  • Implementing daily operational tasks by identifying disruptions in workflow and taking corrective action
  • Achieving relevant KPIs and logistics metrics, as well as budget and quality targets
  • Collaborating closely with all logistics managers and interface departments

Who are you?

  • You have completed vocational training in logistics or a comparable field
  • You have previous experience in leading and motivating employees, as well as working with logistics metrics
  • You have technical and business understanding, as well as a strong affinity for numbers, good English skills, and proficiency in MS Office
  • You possess excellent communication skills, assertiveness, empathy, and team spirit
