Your responsibilities:

  • Administration, optimization, and monitoring of SAP systems (ERP, Solution Manager) and SAP HANA databases, including backup and restore
  • Ensuring the operation of SAP and implementing tasks within application, release, and lifecycle management
  • Proactively taking measures to prevent system failures and/or interruptions
  • Independently handling incidents and providing second-level support
  • Supporting projects and advising departments and software support teams on technical and administrative issues

What we are looking for:

  • Completed degree in computer science or a similar field with an IT background
  • IT experience and basic knowledge in the administration of SAP systems and SAP technologies
  • First knowledge of relevant databases (SAP HANA) and operating systems (Linux, Windows)
  • Teamwork, flexibility, commitment, and resilience
  • High customer and service orientation, strong social and communication skills
