Area of responsibility

The IT department of the German Pension Insurance Association maintains a highly complex and diverse IT landscape. The IT infrastructure department provides the technical environment for the central IT processes and software development of the German Pension Insurance Association. Our team is responsible for the development, implementation, and operation of security solutions and IT security gateways.

Your tasks

Planning and provision of IT security infrastructures (e.g. firewalls)
Monitoring of IT security components, including error analysis and resolution
Planning, conceptualizing, and documenting IT operational processes as well as handling complex customer requirements
Developing, implementing, and monitoring IT security and quality assurance measures
Participation in on-call duty and flexible working hours, including weekends in urgent cases, as regulated in the collective agreement
