- Training Delivery: Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions, workshops, and webinars both in-person and virtually, ensuring that participants gain a thorough understanding of Veeva CRM features, functionalities, and best practices.
- Content Creation: Develop training materials, including user guides, manuals, tutorials, and multimedia presentations, to support training initiatives and reinforce learning objectives.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay abreast of updates, enhancements, and new features in Veeva CRM, and incorporate relevant changes into training materials and curriculum to ensure content relevancy and effectiveness.
- Feedback and Evaluation: Solicit feedback from trainees to assess the effectiveness of training programs and identify areas for improvement. Conduct evaluations and assessments to measure the impact of training on user proficiency and performance.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of training activities, attendance, and participant feedback. Generate reports and insights to track training effectiveness and inform decision-making.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Veeva CRM Trainer or similar role, with a strong understanding of CRM concepts and functionalities.
- Expertise in designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs, preferably in a corporate setting.
- Proficiency in using Veeva CRM and related tools, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Excellent presentation, facilitation, and communication skills, with the ability to engage and inspire learners.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.

Veeva CRM Training Consultant
We are looking for a Veeva CRM Training Consultant who will be responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs aimed at empowering our clients sales and MSL teams to effectively utilize Veeva CRM in their daily operations. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring that users have the knowledge and skills necessary to maximize the potential of Veeva CRM, ultimately driving efficiency and productivity across their organization.
Primary Responsibilities
Requirements
Veeva CRM Administrator or Consultant certification.
Experience working in the Life Sciences sector.
Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms.
