What you bring:

Successfully completed vocational training in the industrial/technical field or a career changer with ideally some experience in a production company
Good understanding of production processes
Willingness to work in a threeshift system (morning, afternoon, and night shifts)
Reliability, teamwork, technical understanding, and a strong sense of quality
Forklift license desirable
Good knowledge of German, both written and spoken

Your tasks with our client:

Versatile use at various production workstations
Operating, controlling, and monitoring production equipment for the production of building materials
General helper tasks and maintaining order and cleanliness in the work and production area
Carrying out or supporting maintenance and cleaning work on machines and equipment
Monitoring and controlling the production process and ensuring product quality
Adhering to occupational safety regulations and quality standards
Working in shifts
