Our client is a leading provider of e-payment solutions and related applications, primarily used by small retail stores and online shop providers.

What sets our client apart is their role as a consultant for their business partners, ensuring long-term relationships.

The focus of their support is on inquiries regarding EC and credit cards, but they also handle inquiries about gift certificates and loyalty cards.

To strengthen their existing team, we are looking for a Customer Service Representative (m/w/d).


Your tasks will include:


  • Providing assistance with electronic payment issues
  • Resolving discrepancies in invoices and reminders
  • Activating devices and software
