Your dream job in detail:

You will be the first point of contact for customers in person and over the phone.
You will provide technical and contentrelated support to customers regarding payment transactions, account services, and online banking.
You will also assist our advisors with scheduling appointments over the phone.
You will handle administrative and organizational tasks in the branch.
This position offers an attractive compensation package for a minimum of 15 hours per week.

Inspire us:

You are a current student (m/f/d) of economics, business administration, or a related field.
Ideally, you have gained some practical experience in the financial sector.
You possess a high level of initiative, attention to detail, and problemsolving skills.
You are able to handle conflicts, have strong communication skills, and enjoy working in a team.
You are able to commit to supporting the branch for at least two afternoons per week.
