Medical Assistant (MFA) or Medical Office Assistant (m/f/d):


Your responsibilities:

Personal contact for patients - scheduling appointments and coordinating the practice workflow - writing medical reports - performing blood draws and changing dressings - assisting with medical procedures - documenting test results - ordering and stocking supplies - billing according to EBM and GOÄ - quality management


We are looking for:


Completed training as a Medical Assistant (MFA) or Medical Office Assistant - experience in writing medical reports from dictation - excellent knowledge of medical terminology - ideally experience in the field of orthopedics - proficient in MS Office and x.

concept practice software - sensitivity and empathy when dealing with patients, as well as friendliness and responsibility - high level of commitment, strong team spirit, and organizational skills - flexibility to work according to the needs of the practice
