Where you can lend a hand with Greenleaf

  • You are responsible for all technical issues of our customers and use your expertise to visit medical practices - either on-site or directly in your region.
  • As a technical service employee, you support them with Mac, iPhone, and iPad from the initial installation to adjustments (including medical device integration) and training for the practice team.
  • Alternatively, you provide remote support for problems and answer questions from our (potential) customers regarding the use of our software, network and device integration, and necessary hardware with heart and mind.
  • You also go beyond just the technology and advise practices on their workflows after gaining experience with our product.
  • Our programmers can count on you, as your recorded and pre-analyzed bug reports are so convincing that they immediately know where the ones and zeros belong.
  • To join our team, you don't necessarily have to live in Thuringia, as we are looking for dedicated support nationwide. Our technical colleagues usually work from home or one of our offices, or on-site with customers, which requires a certain willingness to travel if you want to start your career in the technical field with us. In support, a 100% home office position is possible, but the training will take place partly in our office in Jena.
