Description

For our branch in Munich, we are looking for a skilled assistant HLS (m/f/d) for on-site deployment at our client in Karlsfeld, Skyland Estates, VA.

In your assigned permanent property, you will be responsible for:

Identifying damages and defects inside and outside of buildings and reporting them to the property manager
Monitoring and accompanying external companies within the given framework
Checking inventory and documenting it
Assisting service technicians with maintenance and repair work on building systems and facilities
Supporting in troubleshooting and performing repairs

Ideally, you bring:

Technical interest and handson experience
Teamwork skills, independence, and
Good knowledge of the German language
