Head (m/f/d) of the Massey Ferguson Business Unit, Agricultural Technology

Your exciting tasks:

  • Strategic development and alignment of the business unit to achieve sales and profit goals
  • Leadership and development of a team of 33 employees to promote a performance-oriented and motivating work atmosphere
  • Responsibility for budget planning, cost control, and reporting directly to management
  • Analysis of market trends, identification of growth potentials, and development of business strategies
  • Maintenance and expansion of customer relationships, as well as establishing new business partnerships

Your qualifications:
