Job Description

Do you want to contribute your ideas to the further development of our employees, accompany their competence development and learning success, and prepare them for future challenges? Then you've come to the right place.

During your internship, you will support our Learning and Development team at the Stuttgart-Feuerbach and Schwieberdingen locations in topics related to personnel development and further education, with a focus on digital learning, training and competency management, and development programs for various target groups.

You will participate in our projects, such as the qualification of internal trainers, take on the preparation and partial implementation of events/activities, and support their further development.

In addition, you will independently work on subtasks, such as digital learning units, as well as the organization and implementation of face-to-face seminars.

You will also shape our internal community, prepare workshops and events such as our Learning4Development Day and Days of Learning, and accompany them. You will also bring new impulses from your field
