Administrative Assistants (m/f/d) in Full-Time for a renowned client in Bremen and Bremerhaven
Your Responsibilities
- Independent organization of the department's secretariat
- Organization of business trips, both domestic and international, including flights, hotels, and rental cars
- Monitoring, coordinating, and planning internal departmental appointments
- Taking minutes during meetings
- Handling correspondence
- Procurement and management of office supplies
- Processing vacation requests and sick leave
- Conducting research
Your Profile
- Successfully completed commercial training or similar qualification
- Knowledge of English is desirable
- Strong customer service orientation
- Good teamwork and communication skills
- A confident and friendly demeanor
