Administrative Assistants (m/f/d) in Full-Time for a renowned client in Bremen and Bremerhaven

Your Responsibilities

  • Independent organization of the department's secretariat
  • Organization of business trips, both domestic and international, including flights, hotels, and rental cars
  • Monitoring, coordinating, and planning internal departmental appointments
  • Taking minutes during meetings
  • Handling correspondence
  • Procurement and management of office supplies
  • Processing vacation requests and sick leave
  • Conducting research

Your Profile

  • Successfully completed commercial training or similar qualification
  • Knowledge of English is desirable
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Good teamwork and communication skills
  • A confident and friendly demeanor
