Job Description:
Intensive training and onboarding phase, followed by work as an expert at renowned companies in the chemical and process industries within large German chemical and industrial parks.
Responsibilities include evaluating storage, pressure vessel, and steam boiler systems, inspecting equipment and components according to legal and customer requirements, preparing expert reports, assessing safety technology of process plants in interdisciplinary working groups, and supporting clients as a competent contact for safety and availability issues.
The role also involves independently conducting acoustic emission testing and creating testing instructions.Qualifications include a completed engineering degree (diploma/master/bachelor) in mechanical engineering, chemical engineering, process engineering, or a related field, at least two years of professional experience in planning, construction, maintenance, or operation of chemical or process plants, knowledge of acoustic emission, ultrasound, or X-ray testing methods is advantageous, experience in occupational safety and quality management, strong negotiation skills and a confident demeanor with clients, proficiency in MS Office, and fluency in German and English, as well as a valid driver's license.
