Formal requirements
:

Only civil servants who meet the professional and careerspecific requirements according to the Career Law and Tax Officials Training Law, have successfully completed the FK-Pool, and are already permanently assigned to head of department tasks in a Berlin tax office are eligible for the position. Employees who were already permanently assigned to head of department tasks before the introduction of the FK-Pool must provide proof of participation in the training course 1 of the training series within the FK-Pool at the IVM or complete it if necessary.

Professional requirements
:

Adequate general expertise in the areas of tax law, basic IT knowledge, knowledge of the structure and processes in tax offices, management of the department using the instruments of the "New Berlin Management Model" while considering gender mainstreaming, specific knowledge in the advertised main department.
