We are currently offering a new challenge in our headquarters in Weßling near Munich, starting immediately, in full-time or part-time (minimum 20 hours per week).

  • Reception
  • Face and first impression of Mensch und Maschine for customers and visitors
  • Seminar preparation and onsite support
  • Management of the telephone switchboard, providing information, assistance, and forwarding of calls
  • Live chat support by providing information and forwarding inquiries to the sales team or the appropriate contacts onsite and in branch offices
  • Visitor support
  • Central services for data maintenance
  • Processing of written customer inquiries
  • Data maintenance and control
  • Quality control of lead capture after trade shows
  • Processing of event registrations
