The following tasks await you:


  • Assisting customers in purchasing the 9 Euro ticket at the machine
  • Actively approaching and directing customers to the machine when entering the travel center
  • Providing information about the conditions and travel options with the 9 Euro ticket

We are looking for:


  • A helpful, customeroriented personality who enjoys approaching people and can handle different situations well due to their strong communication skills
  • Knowledge about the 9 Euro ticket (will be trained on site)
  • Preferably experience in the DB Group
  • Very good knowledge of German
