Job Summary

Key Job Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to leads who have expressed interest in LanguageBird to accurately explain program offerings, discuss and advise suitable programs in accordance with the student's needs, and support in the enrollment process.
  • Work with the Director of Admissions and Outreach and to achieve monthly enrollment goals.
  • Provide excellent customer service through professional, consistent, and effective outreach and engagement.
  • Establish strong relationships with families, counselors, and other organizations to maintain existing relationships.
  • Document and report on the sales cycle for the organization.
  • Maintain updated CRM (HubSpot) and provide sales pipeline forecast and weekly activity reports.
  • Accurately account for all prospective student inquiries and applicants and required admissions activity associated with these prospects.
  • Support event coordination for LanguageBird outreach including webinars, info sessions, and onsite conferences.
  • Additional duties and projects may be assigned.

Qualifications

  • A bachelor's degree.
  • At least two years of customer servicerelated experience.
  • A background in marketing and sales. Additional experience in the education industry is a plus
  • Bilingual and/or experience with language programs preferred.
  • Selfdirected with a problemsolving approach.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong skills in Word, Excel, and Outlook preferred
  • Results and goal oriented with professionalism and integrity.
  • Personal passion and motivation to set and achieve goals.
  • Able to meet and exceed expectations on deadline.
  • Focus on customer service, personalized communication, and relationship building.
  • Advanced and persuasive written and oral communication skills.
  • Experience using a Customer Relationship Management System (preferably HubSpot).
  • Report on and understand goals/metrics.
  • Enthusiasm, flexibility, and creativity.
  • Must reside in and be eligible to work in the United States of America.
  • Must be able to travel by air or motor vehicle to conferences, trainings, and meetings as needed/required.
