We are looking for a talented Senior RF/Electrical Systems Engineer to join our dynamic team in Tucson, AZ. As an integral part of the Effectors Systems Design & Architecture team, you will play a key role in developing innovative solutions for our warfighters, ensuring that systems work seamlessly and efficiently.
Basic Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM). Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in Systems engineering, architecture, and design OR an Advanced STEM degree with at least 3 years of professional experience. Must have experience in capturing and maintaining system requirements. Active Secret security clearance is mandatory before the start date. U.S. citizenship is also required.
Preferred Qualifications:
MS or PhD in Engineering, Computer Science, Math, or Physics. Proficiency in Agile framework development methods/processes. Familiarity with Azure DevOps methods/tools. Knowledge of military systems tactics, techniques, and procedures, as well as DoD customer infrastructure. Understanding of Systems Engineering Product Development Cycle. Experience in evaluating and mitigating technical risks. Previous experience delivering technical briefs or presentations. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
