The dual study program at Nord-Ostsee Sparkasse (in cooperation with the Dual University of Schleswig-Holstein):- Duration: 3 years
- Requirements: Abitur or Fachhochschulreife
- Compensation: financial independence through training salary according to collective agreement for public service (part of Sparkassen)
- Training contents: 3 degrees in 3 years (Sparkassenkaufmann/-frau, IHK-Bankkaufmann/-frau, Bachelor of Arts (Betriebswirtschaft))
- Location: in one of our regional offices in Flensburg, Schleswig or Husum as well as internal departments
- Focus award as "Germany's best training companies 2023"
