Your contribution:

You analyze and classify incoming inquiries from users in 1st and 2nd level support
You analyze and resolve malfunctions in the hardware and software environment
You support users with process questions
You document the processing and solution paths in the ticket system
You optimize our service processes
As part of the IT team, you are responsible for incoming support requests

What you bring with you:

Successfully completed training as an IT specialist or comparable qualifications
IT knowledge and a strong understanding of business processes
Ideally, experience in telephone user support and using a ticket system
Good to very good knowledge of Microsoft Office and the Windows environment
Good communication skills and a confident demeanor
