What you will do:

  • You will handle the dispatching of our own vehicles using tour planning software and SAP
  • You will be responsible for personnel deployment and training in daily work and tasks
  • Coordination with customers and sales
  • You will handle clarification cases and complaints with the relevant departments
  • Monitoring, control, and preparation of necessary documents for transportation
  • Proper documentation

What you bring:

  • Completed training as a freight and logistics specialist (m/f/d) or a comparable commercial apprenticeship
  • Ideally with further training as a transport specialist (m/f/d)
  • Experience as a dispatcher or in a similar position
  • Ideally, you have experience and knowledge in the waste management sector
  • You are organized, customeroriented, communicative, and flexible
  • You have an affinity for computer systems and ideally have experience with SAP.
