As
Team Lead Facility Management, you will be responsible for managing and leading our Facility Management (FM) team at the Data Center in Engelhard, NC, as well as driving the future development of this department with budget responsibility.

Your responsibilities

Building a strong team and fostering effective and efficient collaboration to achieve the team's goals
Conducting employee discussions (e.g. annual reviews)
Responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of existing buildings, handling deficiencies, and overseeing construction maintenance measures
Obtaining quotes, awarding contracts, and coordinating, billing, and managing trade and service contracts
Coordinating projects related to FM measures with internal and external stakeholders (outsourcing management)
Managing fire protection measures for doors, fire dampers, and building sections
Responsible for maintaining outdoor areas, building cleaning, waste disposal, relocation management, and internal meeting room services
Ensuring compliance with legal inspections for buildings
Responsible for fire protection organization and conducting evacuation drills

Your profile

Completed degree in Facility Management, Civil Engineering, or a comparable qualification, or completed vocational training and experience
Several years of experience in the mentioned or comparable field
Relevant experience with applicable standards and guidelines
Good knowledge of MS Office
Good proficiency in German and English, both written and spoken
Experience in managing a team, ideally in an agile environment
Strong customer service and serviceoriented mindset
Solutionoriented and independent work style
