We are looking for motivated reinforcements for our Port Parts team as a
Customer Service Representative at our
Würzburg or Hannover location.


What you'll be doing:


  • You independently create offers based on customer requirements
  • You participate in the selection of shipping routes and transportation options within and across departments
  • You coordinate deliveries with customers, internal departments, and department management
  • You support global customers, partners, and subsidiaries with written, telephone, or oral inquiries
  • You manage your orders and track deadlines during the processing phase, respond to deviations, and work on finding solutions

What you'll bring:


  • You have completed a commercial apprenticeship (e.g. as an industrial clerk)
  • You have excellent technical knowledge and a good understanding of business
  • You ideally have (first) experience
