Description

The focus of the training for the position of retail merchant (m/f/d) or salesperson (m/f/d) is on sales, product range and sales promotion.

It is important that the customers always have access to a sufficient amount of products.

In order to achieve this, you will learn how to use the computer system to place correct orders with various suppliers.

You will also be responsible for managing the flow of goods in the store, from receiving the products to selling them.

During the receiving process, you will check if the ordered items were delivered in the correct quantity and quality. Afterwards, the products will be displayed in the sales area.

It is important to present the products in an appealing way and to place them according to the season and current trends.

Throughout the training, you will learn how to conduct sales conversations in a situation-appropriate and customer-oriented manner, and which product-related information is necessary for providing good advice.
