Your tasks:

Planning, leading and monitoring complex international development projects from concept to series according to ASPICE
Responsibility for meeting project objectives in terms of deadlines, costs and quality, including ensuring series production
Technical leadership of an interdisciplinary project team
Participation in bid calculations and acquisition
Assuming the role of central contact person for the project for all internal/external interfaces
Multi-project and resource management within development projects
Ensuring thorough risk analysis and monitoring of deviations, as well as initiating countermeasures
Responsibility for change management in the project
Ensuring the development of product specifications and requirements documents
Identification, prioritization and implementation of optimization potentials

Completed technical or business studies
Several years of professional experience in leading international development projects in the automotive industry
Knowledge of ASPICE and experience with the project management tool Jira is desirable
Experience in the development of mechatronic drive solutions is advantageous
Teamwork, assertiveness, and strong communication and organizational skills
Results-oriented work style and entrepreneurial thinking
Negotiation skills in German and English
