Your tasks
- Support of aap colleagues (m/f/d) in client support: competent and timely execution of all tasks in this area
- First and second level support in the M365 environment
- Administration of partially medical and/or validated special software, e.g. proAlpha, Babtec, Testo (clean room) in cooperation with manufacturers
- Receipt of all user inquiries and reports
- Qualification and classification of tickets
- Analysis and resolution of incidents as well as implementation of changes in the client support area
- Ticket processing and documentation
- Hardware distribution and lending
- Documentation of IT processes according to internal quality management guidelines
- Coordination and collaboration with the IT service provider on infrastructure-related issues
- Participation in the conception and implementation of IT projects as well as the introduction of new systems
- Potentially taking on responsibility in the IT department in the future, depending on suitability and motivation
Your profile
- Completed technical training (e.g. IT specialist for system integration) or completed technical studies in the IT field or comparable qualification, career starters (m/f/d) welcome
- Good knowledge of common Microsoft operating systems, cloud and office products, Blackberry UEM
