In this exciting role as Test Coordinator for Forestry and Construction (m/f/d) in Holbrook, NE, you will be responsible for coordinating the testing activities of our development projects and further developing our testing processes.

You will provide valuable input from the beginning of development projects in the context of testing and utilize your analytical, structured, and methodical strengths.

Your responsibilities will include:


  • Coordinating the testing activities of our development projects for chainsaws and cutoff machines with electric or combustion engine drive in close coordination with the experts from the specialist departments
  • Defining the testing strategy based on product requirements, taking into account testing, component strength, and simulation, in order to efficiently demonstrate project goals in terms of reliability and acceptance
  • Presenting the current status of testing to the project team, department, and beyond, including identifying deviations from the plan and developing measures to ensure product requirements within the project framework
  • Further developing testing processes to increase testing quality and efficiency
  • Supporting and leading projects for method development, optimization of test benches, testing methods, and evaluations
  • Involving STIHL national companies and external service providers
